Only items that are defective upon receipt are eligible for return.

Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photographs.

Await confirmation and further instructions from our team before shipping the item back.
3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Tinker Belles is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
