1. Eligibility for Returns

• Only items that are defective upon receipt are eligible for return.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.​

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at tinkerbelles2000@gmail.com within 7 business days of receipt.

2. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photographs.

3. Await confirmation and further instructions from our team before shipping the item back.​

3. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Tinker Belles is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.​

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items marked as "Final Sale"​ are non returnable.
